Project Description
In a groundbreaking initiative, Sensory ALL conducted India’s first NeuroAccess Audit at Societe Generale’s Bengaluru office, marking a significant step toward neuroinclusive workplaces. This pioneering audit aimed to assess and enhance accessibility, inclusivity, and sensory well-being for neurodivergent employees, ensuring a work environment that supports diverse cognitive and sensory needs.
Using the proprietary NEURATM framework, the audit evaluated both internal and external environments, identifying key opportunities for improvement. The findings provide actionable insights that enable Societe Generale to prioritize neuroinclusive design strategies, fostering a workplace where all employees can thrive.
This initiative sets a benchmark for corporate neuroaccessibility in India, paving the way for organizations to adopt evidence-based, inclusive practices that support neurodivergent professionals.
